Thanks for your interest in pre-ordering! Here’s everything you need to know before placing your order.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to secure your size and colour before stock arrives in Australia. Payment is taken upfront at the time of ordering.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most pre-order items arrive within 3–4 weeks from the date of your order. You’ll receive an email update once your order has been shipped in Australia.

How to Pre-Order

1. Browse our products and select your size

2. Add to cart and complete checkout as normal

3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details

4. We’ll notify you when your order is on its way

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
